Stuck Again

I am in another stall and the scale is moving very slow. I know it will move again but it is frustrating when it slows down. I think I might not be getting enough calories in and that might be part of the problem. I try, but sometimes it is hard. My portion size has gotten bigger for the most part, but certain things are easier to eat and I can eat more of them than others. I have my six month check up (a little early) next week with Dr Walton and Jess, the Dietitian, so will ask her how many calories I should aim for to keep the weight loss going consistently. I am also struggling with my fluid intake this week which does not help. I don't want to drink when it is so cold and I am still training the new nurse and that is keeping me busy and I am forgetting to drink. When you have never been much of a drinker it does not take much to distract you from it.
All in all, I have still had a fairly easy journey without complications and I am thankful for that.
