One Day Down

One day of shopping down. Loren and I hit one thrift store yesterday and I was able to pick up a few short sleeve tops. I was going to wait on capris until I am down another size but I think I might hit Goodwill today and see if I can find a few in the next size down. I am still trying to predict what my final size will be and still think it will be smaller than I have ever worn. I am still not sure how that happens! I do have some loose skin that comes from years of yo-yo dieting and the loss of elasticity that comes with age but really not as much as expected so that is a nice surprise.
We also went looking for decorations for Chuck's party and did not have much luck. There must be a lot of people turning 50 this year as you can find lots of 30, 40, and 60 but all the 50 stuff is sold out! We came home empty handed. I may go looking again today and if I don't find anything I will hit the big party store over by my office tomorrow. I can't go too crazy or I will suffer the payback next month!
