My Reputation

I have gained a new reputation at work. My manager has been out of town this week. She called me today and was laughing when I answered the phone. That is never a good thing! Our branches are divided into 2 areas, East and West, each overseen by a different VP. We are part of the West. She told me she had received a call from Laurie, one of the General Managers in Florida. She has a new Nurse Manager and wants me to train him. That makes number four since August! Lynn has no idea how Laurie found out that I have been training the new West managers. The Nurse Manager in Minnesota retired in January and her replacement has been struggling so the VP in my area has suggested me to do some training with her as well. Right now the plan is for them to come to me so no additional travel -- for now!
