WOW

Loren and I went to Tan and Tone as usual tonight. It was time to measure again. We measured on visit 3. This was visit 10. We go 3 times per week. So in just over 2 weeks I lost NINETEEN inches!!!! The girl measuring me kept rechecking herself because she could not believe the numbers. Loren lost 10.25 inches. What an exciting night it was for us. We just signed up for the 5 week program which is up on Monday. We are trying to decide whether we will resign up or join the YMCA instead. I am going to compare the costs and see which makes more sense. We also want to look into Curves. They are having an Open House and reduced fees for joining on August 25th but I will be in Arkansas on that day.
My six week check up with Dr Walton is on Tuesday.
