Blog List

I have added a blog list at the bottom of the page. So far there is only one blog listed -- The World According To Egg Face. Shelly had gastric bypass surgery in 2006. Her blog is full of recipes. The recipes are geared towards patients who have had weight loss surgery, but they are good recipes for anyone. I can't wait until I can try some of them, but right now I am still surviving on flavored water, broth, and jello!
