Productive Day

Soon after I posted last night I started feeling so tired so I was in bed by 9:30 PM and slept until 9:30 this morning! I woke up so rested. I have so much more energy these days, so between the two reasons I tackled something that needed to be done for so long -- Giorgi's room! Loren helped me and we had Giorgi in there as well. We cleaned out toy boxes, closets, and drawers. We rearranged some furniture and hung curtains. Pictures that have been waiting to be hung were hung. Giorgi just finished vacuuming and she remade both bunks. It took us a good part of the day. We also rearranged furniture in Elizabeth's room so now the extra futon in there is usable as a bed if needed. I also cleared out the hallway upstairs. I got 2 bags of garbage out of Giorgi's room and between Elizabeth's room last weekend and Giorgi's this weekend I have 6 garbage bags full to go to Goodwill. The next major project needed upstairs is painting Giorgi's room and the hallway and stairway. Not sure when I will get to that though. We cleared out all but what the girls actually play with so hopefully the rooms will stay looking the way they do right now for quite a while. I told Loren our project for next weekend is cleaning out the pantry and kitchen cabinets but then I remembered I am leaving to go back to Denver next Sunday so that will probably wait until the next weekend. I am liking my new energy!
