Two former employees came into the office yesterday and were shocked when I came out of my office. Between the change in my hair and my weight they were not sure which to comment on first. My meeting at the hospital went very well last night. The therapy in question was placed on hold but I managed to secure another therapy for the patient so we still benefit -- as does the patient. Afterwards Dr Bag and I were talking privately and he asked me what I had done to lose so much weight. It is still easier for me to see in myself in pictures than it is in the mirror though.
It looks like I might be going out of town again - this time to Overland Park, Kansas (National Customer Service Center and Clinical Business Solutions)on November 3rd through November 5Th. I should know by early next week. It is part of a new orientation program with additional trips to Warrendale, Pennsylvania (National Distribution Center) and Memphis (Corporate Office). I am not a new employee as I have been working at the same place for 16 years, but since I have never met these people or toured these facilities my manager approved me to go. I am waiting on one final approval. Flying is a lot more enjoyable now so I don't mind it as much.
