Woo Hoo!

After almost a month the scale finally moved down again! "Only" one pound but I sure do know how those one pounds add up so I will take it. I also noticed something else -- all of a sudden I am cold all the time again. I had not realized that had gone away until I have again had to sit here under blankets. I am taking that as a sign that my body has adjusted itself and once again is burning fat.

The travel ban due to the H1N1 flu has been lifted and I received the okay and the information I needed to book my trip to Kansas City in June. I did a preliminary check of available flights and it looks like I will be flying out on June 15th but there are no late flights on the 17th so I will have to stay over until the 18th.

This is the last full week of school. The girls have to go on the Tuesday after Memorial Day also to make up a snow day. They are going out with a bang -- you should see the vocabulary words Elizabeth has this week! Even Chuck and I are struggling with them. Giorgi will be attending ESY (extended school year) for 3 weeks in June and 3 weeks in July. School restarts August 13th. Camp Classen is in September and will be here before we know it. I have already started collecting some of the things we will need to take along.
